We are currently seeking an enthusiastic receptionist to bring on to our team! He/She will be the face of the company, greeting and assisting all guests, assisting with facility management, and performing general administrative tasks. This candidate should be timely, have excellent follow-up skills, effective at communication, have great time management skills, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Job Responsibilities

  • Greet guests when they come into the office. Answer phones and distribute calls to all personnel in the office.

  • Facility upkeep and inventory management include lifting boxes up to 25 pounds, restocking all office and cleaning supplies for both buildings twice a week, including making sure conference rooms, coffee bars, and kitchens are tidy on a regular basis.

  • Manage EDA’s Weekly Lunch N’ Learns, keeping up with the schedule, assisting presenters with set-up of food and digital presentations. Also making sure all L&L sessions are recorded and uploaded onto the EDA journey website.

  • Process all incoming mail and packages and distribute to intended personnel. This includes lifting and moving packages daily from the warehouse that belongs to office personnel.

  • Order food on a regular for various office meetings.

  • Complete credit applications for EDA and BBCI.

  • Receive faxes and distribute to intended personnel.

  • Process all outgoing mail documents including USPS Mail, Fed-Ex, UPS. Track all shipments as needed.

  • Review and approve all mail related invoices back to accounting.

  • Regularly enter new employees into company database.

  • Assist with general administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • 1 – 3 years Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Experience Preferred.

  • Able to lift 25lbs.

  • Computer savvy, proficient in Microsoft office products, and can multitask.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and pleasant, professional phone manner.

  • Job Type: Hourly position, working up to 40 hours a week, with a start time between 8:00 am-8:30 am and end time between 4:00 pm-5:00 pm (Mon – Fri).

  • Location: Bensalem, PA.
